Honey

Lynda, I understand that. We hate to see them looking so very terrible. Crossing everything that this does clear up quickly and that there is improvement in her bloods.

Hi Lynda,
I am so sorry to read this. I remember that Kahlu had ulcers on his gums and his tongue. We believed it was from the prednisone. Could that be what Honey has? In kahlu’s case it lasted for about a week and then slowly got better. I really don’t know what could help with that cut, maybe massage it with coconut oil or a cloth soaked in camomile tea? worth a try.
Thinking of you and best wishes,
Brigitte

Lynda, stay positive! You say her general outlook has improved and she is eating. That is huge! Eating even with a swollen and sore mouth, that means a lot. I would think that the medications are doing their trick. If she is eating there is a will to live!

PS: For your next post could you start a new thread as this is getting very long:)
