Ooooooohhhhh  I’m so happy to hear the good news – no spherocytes is great (have they changed their mind about a splenectomy now?), HCT 43 is fantastic.  There is always something to worry about, I know – they like to keep us on our toes!  It sounds like she’s doing brilliantly – clever girl. Good luck with the next check up keep us posted – cuddles to Tilly from us all.

PS – Through Sadie’s weaning – I test her in-house PCV every week.  CBC once a month.  I found too, that on the pred reductions, that her PCV would sometimes drop the first week and maybe stay there for the second week and then boom – it would go back up!  It freaked me out at first (yep, paranoid club Vally!) but now, I give it a week – it’s gone up every time (knock on wood, my hard head!).

We hope Tilly’s trend continues too!!!  Great job you two!!!
