Look at that cute face!
I think Thyroxine and Soloxine are the same just different brand, Soloxine is the generic brand.
Also Jackie has a heart murmur as well but they say that will go away once her blood gets to the level it should be.
I can’t believe the difference in Jackie with changing her diet to just chicken and white rice. It has only been a couple of days and her diarrhea has already improved! If he still has GI and pancreas issues, maybe you should try that too.
Hi Anna,
Thanks for the diet suggestion! I’ve tried chicken and white rice…Romeo has actually had that the whole time he’s been diagnosed (along with other things) and it hasn’t seemed to help :( I’m trying the liver cleansing diet now (50/50 white potatoes/weet potatoes along with chicken or white fish).
Thanks for the info and support – I read your post about Jackie about her having panreitis and no pain and that scares me even more for Romeo because he doesn’t seem to have pain either but I think something may be going on with his pancreas. My gut is telling me to take him off Aza (with vet approval), but I feel like it’s such a risky move it makes me scared!!!
