Just an update, I was able to get her dr to let me text her the photos (God I love this woman! She is even the one that suggested I text her! I had tried so hard to get her last dr to give me a number or e-mail and it would never happen…she’d prefer to wait days to see her than give out anything personal…)
She said it looks like superficial dermatitis and that I could try that chlorhexidine spray I already had on hand. If it doesn’t get any better, we’ll try an antibiotic, but she does not think it’s petechia.
That’s good Alyssa, they look a bit rashy to me, but it doesn’t look like much at all. Yes, you’ve got a winner with this vet. And I’m sure she appreciates it. I mean who would you ever recommend to someone who asked you about a good vet.
