Our poor Jack

[admin]

Hello Wade. The sadness is crushing, I know. I read from you all here that have lost to this horrible disease and at times I am doing good to catch a breath. It hurts me, I can only imagine how you feel. I am so sorry.

I do know though, that these dogs that have been introduced on this forum – they had and have the very best fur parents in the entire wide world. You came here out of love and devotion and in an attempt to do everything and all for Jack. They know – they do.

Today driving home from my dad’s house (99), I saw a dog house along the side of a people house. Does anyone keep their dogs outside anymore?! Well, of course they do. I don’t and wouldn’t. You don’t and didn’t. See there – already. We’re the ones that care. And you Wade – you went above and beyond caring and loving Jack. And Jack knows that.

Jack was the luckiest dog ever to have know you and your family and the love that he got daily from you all. I know this doesn’t lessen the pain of loss, but at least you know, he was not ‘just a dog’ – he was family.

I am thinking of you and your family. With love and again, my most sincere condolences, Linda
